LinkedIn Brings More Transparency to LinkedIn Native Ads: LinkedIn is rolling out a new Ads tab on all LinkedIn Pages globally over the next few weeks. In this tab, members will be able to view all the Sponsored Content advertisers have run on LinkedIn in the past six months.

LinkedIn Acquires Data Personalization Platform Drawbridge to Improve Ad Targeting: LinkedIn announced its pending acquisition of data analytics platform, Drawbridge. LinkedIn will use Drawbridge's advanced personalization AI to further refine its ad targeting capacity. As mentioned on the show, LinkedIn formed a data partnership with Adobe that was also meant to boost its targeting tools earlier this year.

LinkedIn Announces Integration With Moat Analytics to Measure Video Performance: Looking to validate the impact of LinkedIn video ads, LinkedIn announced an integration with Moat Analytics. Moat Analytics is a third-party analytics and measurement platform “that enables advertisers to consistently measure viewability metrics of their ads across multiple platforms.”

LinkedIn Features LinkedIn Ad Review Series on LinkedIn Marketing Blog: Every month, LinkedIn will highlight a top-performing piece of LinkedIn Sponsored Content in a new, regular feature on the LinkedIn Marketing Blog, LinkedIn Ad Review. In the Review, LinkedIn will analyze why the Sponsored Content’s headline, visual, and copy work together to get across the brand’s message.

Every month in the LinkedIn Ad Review will shine a spotlight on a top-performing piece of LinkedIn Sponsored Content.

Mozilla Firefox Blocks Publisher and Advertiser Tracking: Mozilla's Firefox browser now blocks third-party tracking from advertisers, publishers, and analytics companies by default as part of its Enhanced Tracking Protection. This update protects user data and privacy by effectively blocking advertisers' ability to track their habits and usage across the web.

Protecting your privacy is hard work and you shouldn’t be the one who has to do it.

Mozilla states that newly installed versions of Firefox will block trackers by default, and will automatically enable blocking to those who already have the browser installed in the coming months. Firefox users can disable the feature and opt for different levels of blocking in their privacy preferences.

Pinterest Developing Story Pins: Pinterest is currently testing on a Story Pin feature with a small group of Pinterest business accounts. Pinterest's new Story Pins give businesses and brands “more ways to share ideas with up to 20 pages of images, text, and multiple links.” You can preview an example of Pinterest's new Story Pin from the Austin Food Blogger account.
